  • Direct interaction with customers both inbound and outbound via telephone, email, mail and fax; includes transaction processing and data entry duties using a computer
  • 1-2 years call centre experience, data entry experience an asset
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Excellent communications skills with good voice quality, grammar, and articulation, listening, multi-tasking, excellent telephone etiquette; sales skill an asset
  • Shift work required
